Brooklyn Cloth X Lollapalooza

Brooklyn Cloth was part of the 25th Lollapalooza celebration. This was the second year that a merchandise collaboration between C3 (the company that produces Lollapalooza) and Brooklyn Cloth. Our talented designers worked to showcase the innovative styles and designs.

This was also the first year that Lollapalooza had a bazaar inside the festival and we were part of it. We worked internally to create a Limited Edition Chicago Series capsule collection that was sold exclusively at the event.

Online: Store name and description on the Lolla Bazaar page on lollapalooza.com

On Site: Name listing on the printed program distributed for free to all attendees; inclusion in the Lolla Bazaar jumbotron messaging.

Event Overview:

We hosted a POP UP Event promoting the LTD Chicago Series Capsule.

Date: Wednesday, July 27th, 6pm-9pm

On Site activation:

ENTER TO WIN: there was a raffle for 2 General Admission Tickets for Lollapalooza.

The winner picked up the ticket in the stadiud.

Drink and Food sponsor by local Chicago food companies

The merchandise will be on consignment to Windward Board Shop as a wholesale model.

10% of the sales of all LTD Chicago Series clothing will be donated to Chill Chicago Foundation.

Cross social media promotion (Brooklyn Cloth, Chill and Windward Board Shop) via Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and dedicated mailing list.

In-store flyer- promoting the event the week starting the week of the 18th

Influencer outreach- inviting them to attend the event/give samples of the LTD Chicago Series
