Project Management

As a Project Manager, I managed multiple project budgets, timelines and deliverables related to retail fixture production. I worked in a collaborative role with account managers, engineers, and rollout teams. I managed external supplier resources and ensured products are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality standards. I am highly organized planners, excellent communicator, negotiator and team players. I’ve done both waterfall and agile project development dependent on the business and company standards.
