Digital Optimization

I managed the strategy and execution of the a/b testing program; ensuring a culture of iteration and constant improvement. I’ve also ensured that all 3rd party partners/vendors  are strategically and thoughtfully managed across all touchpoints, and that their offerings are differentiated by channel in order to maximize the ROI (return on investment) in each program. 

 

I was responsible for coordinating and managing all key stakeholder inputs that affect site performance—ensuring that there is strategic oversight as it applies to page weights and the balance of business needs and customer experience.  With a focus and priority  toward constant conversion improvement I led the cross-functional partners both inside, and out, of the digital team.

 

I also worked executive leadership, engineering, QA, and other teams to drive the long-term roadmaps and initiatives as it pertains to testing, performance and conversion optimization for all digital assets.
